+## Authentication
+
+API Key based — simple, secure, no OAuth overhead for server-to-server AI use.
+
+- Keys managed in **WP Admin → AskTam MCP → API Keys**
+- Per-key capability scopes: `read`, `write`, `admin`, `woocommerce`
+- Pass key in request header: `X-MCP-API-Key: your_key_here`

+## Installation
+
+1. Upload `advanced-mcp-plugin/` to `/wp-content/plugins/`
+2. Activate via WP Admin → Plugins
+3. Go to **AskTam MCP → API Keys** → generate a key
+4. Add endpoint to your MCP client
